We understand life happens, and when things pop-up, you have to make changes. If you are positive about booking & would like to call in to reschedule for a future date, you can postpone your appointment up to 45 days from your initial appointment date up to two times at no extra cost to you.
Please let us know, via text or email, at least 1 calendar day before your regularly scheduled appointment if rescheduling is something you wish to do.
Provide us a more convenient cleaning time for you in the future, and we will do our best to accommodate your future scheduling needs.
Any and all bookings cancelled after 48 hrs of booking incur a loss of deposit.
If you pay in FULL prior to your booking, you will incur a cancellation fee of half of the booking fee. For example, Standard house cleans are $60.00, if you paid this 60$ in full rather than a deposit & happen to cancel after 48 hrs, $30.00 will be refunded back to you. Processing refunds takes 3-5 business days to return back to your card depending on who you bank with.
